Senior editor Raja Mane was elected unopposed as the central president of All India Digital Media Editors Journalists Association. This election was announced at a meeting of the central and state executive committees held in Kolhapur.
At this time, Satish Bhau Sawant from Sangola (Solapur) was elected as the Maharashtra State President, Vikas Bhosale from Karad as the State General Secretary, Iqbal Sheikh from Ahilyanagar as the State Vice President, Mahesh Kugaokar and Amol Patil as the Central Vice Presidents, Tejas Raut as the National Secretary, Sanjay Kadam as the State President of the organization's weekly section, Anil Patil as the Goa State President and Praveen Kumar Khariwal as the Madhya Pradesh State President.
Amol Patil, who was elected as the Central Vice President, has expressed his determination to take special initiatives for the international expansion of the organization. He intends to take the organization to the global level by utilizing his experience in the field of international trade, global business contacts and skills in strategic planning. Under this, plans are being made to prepare an international expansion plan for the organization, appoint office bearers and representatives of the organization in various countries, establish coordination with digital media editors and journalists abroad, and organize conferences and webinars at the global level.
It was informed that the appointments of office bearers of the organization in various countries will be announced soon. The meeting was attended by Deepak Nalvade, trustee of the Reflection Foundation, Suhas Patil, West Maharashtra vice-president of the organization, Vinayak Kaldhone, state executive member Sachin Bhilare, state coordinator Ganesh Botalji, North Maharashtra president Subhash Chindhe, Satara district president Santosh Shirale, Solapur district president Sachin Kulkarni, Sangli district president Manohar Pawar, Kolhapur district president Bhausaheb Phaske, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar district president Ramesh Netke, West Maharashtra vice-president Dhananjay Pansande, Satara district working president Somnath Sakhare, and a large number of office bearers from across the state.
